On November 10, Dr. Frank Einhelling, vice president of the Missouri State University, and other staff visited Shaanxi Normal University.
SNNU vice president Dang Huaixing and heads of Teaching Affairs Department and International Programs Office met MSU guests at the administration building on Yanta Campus.
They discussed issues about joint degree programs and educational internship program, in which selected SNNU students would do their internship at MSU related elementary schools and kindergartens.
Dang Huaixing welcomed the guests, briefed them about SNNU and put forward his opinions and suggestions on the joint programs.
Frank Einhelling thanked the hosts for hospitality, briefed them about MSU and expressed his best wishes for the cooperation between two schools.
The host and guest signed and exchanged agreement. According to which, students of the two universities will be able to study courses of the counterpart institution through study travel programs, exchange programs and online courses, and those whose scores meet requirements will obtain degrees conferred by the other university.
After the meeting, MSU guests visited the Center for Teacher Professional Ability Development and International School of Chinese Studies.
