Ren Xueyan

School of Food Engineering and Nutritional Science
Xueyan, Ren,associate Professor, tutor. In 2012 attains the Zhejiang university food science doctor''''''''s degree. Teach 《food analysis and inspection》, 《food biotechnology》and other courses. Published more than 20 papers on Core journals, and 11 papers are indexed by SCI. Now, Pro Ren undertake two research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), two school discipline research projects, and participate in many national and provincial projects. Attained five national and provincial awards in Scientific research.
Research interests:
1.Exploit microbial resources under the special environment, microbial molecular biology research
2.Molecular mechanism research of pathogenic fungus (mainly by means of genetic engineering technology, protein chemical technology and omics technology) 
3.Induced resistance mechanism of postharvest fruits and vegetables.
